Where do you see yourself in five years?
The entrepreneur is that endless challenge seeker, therefore in five years I can see myself expanding and growing our brand to sustain value to our business and quality to our customers side-by-side with my valuable team.
What advice would you give a woman starting in the industry today?
Believe in yourself, work hard, and with love you will achieve your goals.
Which woman do you most admire?
My mother without any doubt about raising us nine kids and making sure we got the right education. She ended up having nine shining pearls – including a doctor, an entrepreneur, a teacher, a manager, a broker, an HR leader – and so on. She is the one I admire most because I can see her mission was accomplished one hundred percent successfully.

Driven by a desire to be a broker, then managing one of the best real estate firms in the industry, I have always been passionate about serving home buyers and tenants.
Holding a bachelor’s degree as a lawyer, with the additional experience of ten years as an international manager in the banking sector in my home country Tunisia, I also speak several languages: Arabic, English, and French and have a fair for Italian. This has helped me to operate and excel in managing the company. Along with this background, I have faced the key challenges that any business owner will overcome such as new rules of regulation and facing the competition. Plus, creating a great team, because as they say “one hand cannot clap alone.”
Our success has not been a one-woman show but is down to real teamwork. We have done well over all these years thanks to being lucky with such a professional team, including a friendly administration department, and a deeply dedicated and self-challenging sales team. We are always going higher, further, and better.
Being in Dubai – the icon of the Gulf region – keeps you proud and happy to play a role in the continuous success story of this lovely city. It is commonly known here that we must target the number one position, as His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai has mentioned several times.
Finally, yet importantly, behind any success, you find people that you rely on and seek guidance from when needed. This includes all my family members – father, mother, brothers, and sisters – all of whom contributed to my success and to whom I can’t say thank you enough.
